Payment & Data Policy

• Payments: 50% advance to book; 50% balance due on the event date.
• Data Transfer: Client must provide a USB or Hard Drive.
• Delivery Time: 1 month after album selection.
• Storage: Shahzaib Fine Art is not liable for data loss after 30 days.
• Social Media: All data will be published on social media with client’s permission.

Outstation Policy

• Surcharge: A 50% price increase applies to all events outside Lahore.
• Logistics: Client is responsible for team transport, food, and accommodation.
